Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, delays due to traffic, emergencies, weather, or previous service calls may occur.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Barrett Maintenance reserves the right to charge applicable late fees or suspend future services for overdue accounts.
Payments

Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Additional work requested or unforeseen conditions discovered during service may require additional charges. Customers will be informed before any additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
Scheduling
Warranties
Barrett Maintenance warrants workmanship as specified in the customer's service agreement or proposal. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment supplied by their respective manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability
Barrett Maintenance shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, utility interruptions, or existing concealed conditions
